Judge Bola A. Ajibola (SAN) - Former President World Bank Administrative Tribunal, Former Judge, International Court of Justice.
His Excellency Judge Bola Ajibola was formerly President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) as well as erstwhile Attorney – General and Minister of Justice. This national statesman and doyen of international law was in 1991 appointed to serve on the International Court of Justice in The Hague, The Netherlands. In April of 1994, he was appointed Judge ad-hoc to the Permanent Court of International Arbitration (also in The Hague) with regard to the land and maritime dispute between Cameroon and Nigeria. Judge Ajibola has served on various other international arbitration bodies and legal institutions which include the World Bank Administrative Tribunal; the UN International Law Commission, Geneva; as well as the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, in Sarajevo. He is the President of The World Association of Judges of the World Jurist Association (Washington DC). In 1995 he founded the African Concern, a non-governmental organisation that is dedicated to the promotion of peace and socio-economic development in Africa. He was at a time the High Commissioner representing the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Professor Enitan Bababunmi - President (ENHICA) International Development Foundation Inc, United States of America.
Enitan Bababunmi is a Professor of Biochemistry and former Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University. For a period of two decades between 1978 and 1998, he served as an academic in the capacity of Research Professor on different occasions in three (3) continents, namely, Africa, Europe and the United States. In addition, he served as an occasional expert consultant to the International Programme on Chemical Safety (IPCS) in Geneva, Switzerland. Professor Bababunmi hold two United States Patents (2002 & 2005) on “Formulation for Treating skeletal Muscle Degeneration Caused by Malnutrition and Disease”. He is President, ENHICA International Inc, a non-profit research and educational institution, and Research Director and Chairman of GLOPATECH (UK) Limited. Bababunmi's formulation "is designed to replenish energy levels in disease-infected muscle cells, reinstate calcium homeostasis within muscle cells, and reduce the activity of oxidizing free radical reactions typically caused by muscle degenerative diseases."
Prof. Yemi Osinbajo (SAN) - Former Attorney General, Lagos State.
Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN was formerly the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Lagos State. Prior to that, he was a partner at the Law Firm of Osinbajo, Kukoyi & Adopaye, and Head of Department of Public Law at the University of Lagos. Professor Osinbajo also served as the Special Advisor to the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice between 1988 and 1991. He has provided expertise and consulted with a wide range of development organisations such as the United Nations, United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations/ United Nations Development Programme, United Nations African Institute for Crime Prevention and ECOWAS. Professor. Yemi Osinbajo together with Mr. Olusoji Apanpa founded INTEGRITY, the umbrella organization of the Convention on business Integrity. He is a Pastor at the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Professor Margaret Okorodudu-Fubara - Faculty of Law Obafemi Awolowo University. Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
Professor Margaret Okorodudu – Fubara formerly Dean, Faculty of Law Obafemi Awolowo University was trained in the United Kingdom and at Harvard.Professor Okorodudu–Fubara pioneered “Mainstream Environment for Sustainable Development into African Universities” (MESA). This was a United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) initiative on Education for sustainable development and conservation in all tertiary institutions worldwide. Since 2002, she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Fulbright Alumni Association of Nigeria together with other eminent scholars such as Professor Grace Alele-Williams, and Professor Julius Okojie, Executive Secretary of the National Universities commission.
In 2007, she became a member of the Working Group on UNEP Global Environment Report (GEO – 4) 2007, promoting Environmental Research and Learning for Sustainable Development. Professor Okorodudu – Fubara is also a member of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Academy of Environmental Law, and a consultant to several international organizations such as UNEP, UNDP and the World Bank.
Mr. Yemi Adeola - Group Managing Director, Sterling Bank, Nigeria.
Mr. Adeyemi Adeola is a lawyer and accomplished banker with hands-on experience spanning over 20 years. A John F. Kennedy Scholar, Yemi Adeola was a former Council Member of the Financial Institution Training Centre. At different times he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Nigeria International Bank (Citibank Nigeria) where he rose to the level of an Executive Director in 1998. He held this position up till 2003 when he joined Trust Bank of Africa Limited on a turn-around assignment as Deputy Managing Director. He turned the bank from a loss making position to a profit making institution before the bank’s consolidation exercise. Following the emergence of Sterling Bank Plc aftermath of the merger exercise, he was appointed Executive Director of the Bank and later became its Group Managing Director.
Dr. Aloysius Aguwa - Hon. Commissioner of Environment & Petroleum, Imo State, Nigeria.
Aloysius A. Aguwa, Ph.D. is president of Altech Environmental Services Inc., U.S.A., and Chemical & Environmental Engineering Ltd., Nigeria. He is a recognized expert in pollution control with emphasis in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. Dr. Aguwa is a diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology. He is presently the Honourable Commissioner for Petroleum and Environment, Imo State Nigeria.
Dr. Yashua Hamza - Head, Pediatrics Department, Muritala Mohammed Hospital, Kano State, Nigeria.
Dr. Yushua Alkali Hamza is the Head of Paediatrics, Murtala Mohammed Hospital, Kano State, Nigeria. She participated at the Senegal leg of the Inter Action Africa Leadership Programme Pan – Africa Event, sponsored by the British Council. She has written in several local and foreign reviewed Journals.
Dr. Romauld Haule - Senior Lecturer, Faculty of International Law St. Anthony University of Tanzania, Tanzania.
Dr. Romuald Haule is from Tanzania and is a Lecturer in Law, Ruaha University College, Iringa. He was at one time a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Tumaini University College, Iringa, and Director of Postgraduate Studies Research, Publications and Consultancy at Ruaha University College. He is also a Director, African Institute for International and Comparative Law. Dr. Haule is fluent in Kiswahili, English, Italian, German, and proficient in Spanish and French.

Professor Olanrewaju Fagbohun, LL.B (Hons), LL.M, Ph.D, B.L is a Research Professor with the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. Prior to joining the Institute he taught Environmental Law and Policy and International Environmental Law at the Undergraduate and Post-graduate levels in the Faculty of Law of the Lagos State University. His practice, research and writing has in the last 20 years focused on environmental litigation, indigenous rights and the law of pollution control and environmental restoration.

For several years he was the Editor-in-Chief of the LASU Law Journal; Member, Journal of Nigerian Labour Law; and Chairman, Editorial Board of the Petroleum, National Resources and Environmental Law Journal. He is a member of the National Work-Group for the Streamlining of Environmental laws in Nigeria and Development of Environmental Law and Policy Curriculum for Nigerian Universities; Member, LASEPA Technical Advisory Committee on Environmental Management and Control (Downstream Oil and Gas Sector); Member, Expert Group for the development of Climate Change Policy and Legislation for the Federal Republic of Nigeria; and Director, Environmental Law Research Institute. He is a Fellow of the Salzburg Global Seminars.
Professor Fagbohun has published extensively in local and international journals in the area of environmental law, and co-edited several books among which is a 25 chapter book on “Environmental Law Policy”, and another 31 chapter book on “Development and Reforms; Nigeria’s Commercial Law”. His latest work is an over 630-page book titled, “The Law of Oil Pollution and Environmental Restoration: A Comparative Review”
